At last, a New Years resolotution that I am achieving! I started with the tincture and have experienced better sleep than I have had for the last year. I bought the cbd gummies on a BOGOF offer. I take 1-2 gummies at night to help me relax & to fall asleep (insomnia sufferer) which work for me. They also help with my back pain i get so take 1 in the morning when I feel like I need it. I will be buying these again.
