I've ordered quite a bit from TAPP, and I hate it every time. In my experience I have about a 50% chance of the very expensive 3d printed equipment I order actually being functional. One mag adapter I recieved in a nonfunctional state I even sent back to tapp to fix (at my own expense) and they sent it back still nonfunctioning. My last order came with an adapter that was very visibly broken (packaging was fine), and the other adapter did not function. Tapp sent a replacement for the broken adapter (which arrived too late to use for the event I ordered it for) and told me to disassemble and clean up extra material leftover from their prints that could have been causing the problems. After doing a fair amount of additional cleanup on sloppy workmanship the adapter works somewhat reliably but not 100%. For a company that sells this equipment for >$200 each it is unacceptable to be playing the lottery with quality and customer service. It's clear Tapp has ZERO QA, and doesn't give a crap about the integrity of their products or satisfaction of their customers. Because of all of this I only order from Tapp what cannot be purchased from other vendors.

Ordered an HPA tap and drum magfor a SSX303. Didn't work right. TAPP worked with me on the problem. I send the gun to them and now everything works perfectly. Thx!

The customer service at tapp airsoft is phenomenal still figuring some things out with them but they have been great.

My first time dealing with Tapp Airsoft and I will definitely be coming back for more….had an issue with the product I bought …a piece on the adapter broke after the first use…..I reached out to Tapp Airsoft, and without any hesitation they sent a return tag…a few weeks later and I just received my new piece, and let me tell you….it’s fire! Can’t wait to order more adapters for other guns …thank you Tapp Airsoft!

I ordered the mk23/ ssx23 to m4 adapter. The results were subpar. I feared I had blown $150 on a paperweight. Contacted Tapp and they offered to replace it or refund my money. They were in the process of refining the ssx23 version. Just tested the newest version and am very pleased with the results. It took some time, but ssx23/ ssx303 customers should have no issues going forward. Great customer service.

Only thing I would recommend is make the guard around the mag release bigger to avoid accidental discharge of the mag from the adapter

The air seal on the drummag leaks if the hose is at any angle its not usable

i bought the hi capa m4 adapter it’s a good product but i do have a problem with my adapter so it’ll shoot just fine until i get to like the last 10-15 shots it won’t shoot all of my bbs so i have to turn it upside down to get all of my shots out

Cons: None of the products I ordered worked. 1st product I understand, but 2 products?

Cool concept but needs improvement. The valves too big to work on my capa so it just gets stuck open and doesn’t cycle. That and it took 4 weeks for them to make it then finally ship it. This is my typical tapp experience

ask to declare a value and they did not declare it, then I was taxed

I ordered my tapp smc-9 mag and when it got it, it immediately had problems feeding the bb’s up through the plactic part that’s inside the mag to keep them from double stacking. Would not recommend sadly

The tank and the outer barrel adapter were alright products but those were just bonus items I added after I selected the adapter after a week delay I got the much anticipated adapter that was broken in two places and had the screws in the bag along side the product and the 3D printed frame was misaligned so I was unable to screw everything into place got a refunded

It was perfect. They got the color wrong but not a big deal.

I ordered an APP-01 m4 adapter from tappairsoft. it came and I was super excited to put it in and start plinking. Unfortunately, my aeg m4 magazine from CYMA did not work with the adapter unlike what there website clearly states that it works with all airsoft aeg m4 magazines. I should have just bought amped airsofts.
