It's legit. Trust the process
I ordered a test on a Friday and hadn't heard or received correspondence from the site and became skeptical. I reached out to customer service and chatted with Angel who answered all of my concerns. He made sure I had the email and all the necessary information before the chat ended. Turns out the email went to spam but it was sent. I really appreciate the information.

Please ensure you ordered a kit, as many of our tests a digital submissions. For the digital submission you would not receive a kit. You would receive your submission form in your email, which you would complete and return to us. After this you would collect your sample in a clean well labeled, sealable bag and pot it back to us.
