I love that 3Doodler offers products that are safe and biodegradable, in a world that has become a cheap, throw away society, they're holding fast to the values that will save our plant for our children's future. We now own 3,
3Doodler starts, so my kids can play it with their friends. I just recently bought a Create for myself and hope to buy supplies to make jewelry and Christmas items with it. I love how easy it is to use and how fast kids pick it up and have a great time. It takes time to make the goodies, so that's why I had to get more 3Doodler Starts. I hope in the future they add value packs and coupons on their site so we can enjoy creating fun items, like Barbie and Lego custom accessories and items for holiday presents made by the kids.

Great idea but poor terrible design
I have 24 - 3Doodler Start pens for a year. The concept is great. Kids love it. The company need to improve on the design. The pens get clogged or the filament get jam. Once it's jam or clog, it's really difficult to fix. I'm down to 5 good pens after one year. 3Doodler support team doesn't help. I really love the product, if only it could last longer.
5/28 Update: Someone from your team reached out via email about my concerning review. I reply back but never heard back from the representative. If you are able to resolve my issue, I would love to have a phone conversation/email correspondence with you or anyone from your team. Please let me know what is the best way to reach you.

14-year-old niece loves it
I bought 3Doodler pen for my 14-year-old niece. She loves it. She’s a pretty stressed out kid sometimes and likes hands-on, quiet activities to focus on. She’s also creative so this was the perfect gift. When I ordered refills, they took a long time (something about customs randomly selecting that particular box for inspection or something). Their support team was friendly and responsive.

Love it! We have the pro. Easy to use and clean. Lots of fun but wish there were more colors to choose from. Especially the flex. Never had any issues to complain about. Great customer service!

I love my 3Doodler a ton
I love my 3Doodler a ton. I use it a lot for projects and I love to just doodle and make new things. That said, it does get jammed every once in a while and there seems to be no problems, which is frustrating.

Overpriced Paper weight
The 3d Pro is a pen that promises sooo much and can’t deliver on any of it. Customer service was nice but kept urging me to “try again” when I was already on my 2nd pen with the same problems and just wanted to return it. The pen is clunky and NOT what you see on the advertisements, they changed the design for the temp and speed adjustments and are very diff and awkward to spin. The fan is a joke, it makes so much noise even on low that you’ll regret your purchase pretty instantly if you have a family or use this at work. I also tested drying times with vertical drawing and it made no difference w ABS on high or low? My biggest issue was once you press the extrusion button you never know what ur gonna get... a 3 second wait and then material that pours out the end, Immediate extrusion but even on the highest temps it barely melts, sometimes nothing at all, and my favorite- it comes out normal time and speed and then slows down and then speeds up etc. I wish it was a fluke but had 2 pens and both functioned exaclty the same. Probably my first bad review ever, kinda sour over this one. Honestly, buy any other product but this one, 3 doodler makes some cool stuff but I’m pretty sure cheap/poor Chinese manufacturing ruined this one

Unlock your Children's creativity
Our 8-year-old daughter loves the 3Doodler. She is incredibly creative with the tool, and it is amazing to see this creativity unleased as she works on numerous projects independently. Service from the company has been great, as we received a new unit at no cost when our first unit had a charging problem after being in use for over a year. I would highly recommend the 3Doodler!

Really great tool for kids
Really great tool for kids. It doesn’t get hot to the touch. My kids love creating new things with it. Books are a great starting point to learn how to make basic things.

High hopes, terrible let down
At first, I enjoyed using this product and loved the variety of colors to chose from in both abs and pla filament. However, less than a month in, my pen was jamming and running super slow. The quality of this product was very poor and not exceptionally user friendly, considering I had to stop every few minutes to unclog or refill the pen with filament. I really wanted to love this pen, but in the end it was a huge let down.

I use the Starter Pen.
The only complaint I have is when the rods get too short to remove from the pen and you want to change colors: you have to waste what is left in the pen. I try to have multiple projects going so I can use the bit remaining somehow without wasting it.
Otherwise it is an awesome product and I've created a lot of both artistic and useful items.
I love the wide variety of colors and the glow-in-the-dark sticks.
It would be great to have some sort of mold to make perfect spheres and ovals. I use these as bearings for kinetic pieces.

For some reason my 3doodler pen stopped working and I found it very difficult to get useful help. Abigail was great and helped me via email. But after she left I was informed that I must talk to a technician. I live in eastern Australia so finding a suitable time was impossible and I don't use Skype, only telephone. In the end I gave up and rarely use the #doodler pen.
