Stellar CX, More sustainable way to participate in Fashion

Fashionpass' CX team is always bright and attentive.

I wanted to specifically shout out Emma for her help.

I've recommended FP to friends who are fashion girlies but need to conserve space in our closets. The sourced pieces on the site are from companies that I personally gravitate towards. I treat myself to a FP round whenever I feel like I have multiple special occasions coming up.

In general, the experience is very smooth and anytime I've had a problem, the team has been prompt and thorough in their responses. Ty. :)

Above and beyond!

Kylie in customer service went above and beyond to address my issue. FP was responsive, helpful, and took active steps to support what I needed. This is obviously a very thoughtful and well run business and I am happy to be a customer!

Christina from FashionPass was amazing!!

Christina from FashionPass was amazing! Shipping delayed my order and I didn’t get my dress in time for my bridal shower after paying for expedited shipping, but FashionPass was so great and refunded my expedited shipping cost as well as credited my account for the next billing free! Definitely recommend this subscription as the customer service alone is unmatched!

Poor customer service

An item is missing from my order. It has been 5 days with very little response and no resolution. I haven’t heard back from them in over 2 days now. Very poor customer service.

Scam

Their marketing tactics are deceitful and misleading. They do not actually give you these items for an entire month. They make it impossible to keep your last order for the entire time you have paid for when cancelling. They will charge you early if you do not send it back, forcing you into a cycle of being stuck paying them. Don't do it!

Top Tier customer Service

Their customer service is top tier! I got to work with a rep named Willa via email and she was SO helpful, professional, and downright kind. FedEx lost my return package for a while and she helped me track it and manage my account.

I can't remember, it's been years!

I have been using this service for YEARS! I love the clothing options. I always have something exciting to wear to the next big event! Or even just on a week day! The customer service has always been above and beyond. I recommend Fashion Pass to everyone!

PLEASE NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!

PLEASE NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They claimed I failed to return a dress that I in fact packaged in my return and charged me for this $300 item. Customer service only told me that and I quote “I should check around my closet.”. They didn’t notify me of this purchase or verify. Customer service was HORRIBLE and not easy to get in contact with. My credit card company will no longer dispute this payment. I gave fashion pass my information regarding the UPS drop off date and time and they claimed it simply wasn’t in the package. Meanwhile, nuuly has been a night and day difference, so so great. Please never give them your money, they will take it and run.

Fraud

They charged me for items I returned in full before the due date. Extremely hard to reach anyone. Filed a credit card dispute and complaint with BBB in meantime.

Truly the worst customer service…

Truly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Fraudulently charged me, had to disputed with my credit card company, and then had me back-charged by claiming I never canceled my membership when I had. I’ve enjoyed using Nuuly and find their clothes to be better quality and their customer service to much more helpful, honest, and professional. I would never use this service again or recommend it to anyone that I know.

Willa provided such excellent cust…

Willa provided such excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help open an investigation, work with necessary parties, and get to a resolution I was happy with, all while keeping me informed.
I am very grateful for people like her and being understanding to my situation with my package missing right before my trip.

Dishonest, keeps your money without reason

This company keeps your money because they tell you that you did not return the item when you know you did. No matter what you tell them or that you show in your cart it has been returned they tell you it has not. There's no research no investigation into the people that check the package when it gets to Fashion pass. I've read loads of reviews stating the same thing. They are out to take your money or they have dishonest people working for them that are taking the products and saying the customer did not return them
