Deceptive marketing & High pressure sales
I paid $999 for the LocumOS course based on the very specific claims made in the marketing, including promises of step-by-step guidance, actionable systems, and insider strategies for building a successful locums career. What I received was not nearly as comprehensive or detailed as advertised.
Much of the content was high-level, generalized information that can be found for free online. There was a lack of concrete templates, real negotiation scripts, detailed financial breakdowns, or truly advanced strategies that justified a $999 price point. The material did not reflect the depth or exclusivity that was heavily implied prior to purchase.
When I raised these concerns and requested a refund, I was denied solely because I had accessed a few of the 5 minute videos in the course (which is the only way to evaluate whether it delivers on its promises). They even stated that I needed to spend another $3000 for a "higher level of support". The strict no-refund policy leaves buyers with zero protection if the product does not match the marketing.
For that price, I expected substantial, specialized value. Unfortunately, this did not meet that standard. I strongly recommend that prospective buyers proceed with caution and carefully consider whether the content justifies the investment.
