Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
Unfortunately we had to extend our shipping times due to to us being short staffed during a very busy period for us and we did not want to disappoint anyone by delivering late. When you placed your order you were told it would be delivered within 1-4 working days on the shipping page at checkout and you proceeded to order the item knowing that it would be delivered within this time frame. You ordered on Saturday 21st August and it was delivered to you on Thursday 26th August which is the 4th working day since you ordered.

Brilliant customer service and speedy deliver when I needed some trainers in a rush for a birthday day present. Dan was able to help me return and get a new size out to my door step within 2 days!

Great service
Great service, I’ve ordered a couple of items that have arrived fast and they’re 100% authentic with CLG codes attached, they don’t cut labels out like other shops. Customer service is great, really good with returns too, my refund was processed within 3 days. Will use them again.

Your review is slightly misleading. We shipped the trainers on time and they were on their way to you but unfortunately DHL reported the shipment as lost in transit. Out of the thousands of orders we have shipped, this is the only time this has ever happened.
You emailed us to let us know they had not arrived so we got on the phone to DHL straight away to report that they had not been delivered at which point they opened an investigation to locate the parcel. Unfortunately they could not locate it so it was declared as lost. As soon as it was declared as lost we refunded you for the total amount. We have explained to you on several occasions (and so have DHL) that this is not our fault and DHL have taken full responsibility for this.
We have done all that we can to help you in this situation. We have also provided you with a discount code to use on your next order.
