Do not order from them. Products used to be good but something has gone badly wrong and they have clearly taken many people's orders that they cannor fulfil and are refusing to engage with customers for refunds.

Company failed to complete order from January (now March). Repeated contact for update and then request for refund have been completely ignored.

Did get hold of one person from their marketing team via Instagram (before they took down reviews on their website, someone had recommended that) but no-one else appears to actually be working there. Going to have to engage bank to recover payment.

Well, it appears that the OBC have disabled reviews on their website. Hmmm I wonder why, as they were getting so many bad ones methinks?!

I have been incredibly patient and understanding up to now. However, it is nearly a month since I ordered my Biltong, I did have a few messages saying it would arrive soon, sorry for the delay, blah blah. I've emailed and no reply.
The latest email was for me to leave a review - however they have cheekily disabled the function so you can write a review yet no-one can see the reviews any more! Presumable as they were getting bad ones in thick and fast. So, here we are on Trustpilot.
This is a shambles. Either send the product out or refund so I can purchase some elsewhere.

Shame as your Biltong is really good!

I have used this company in the past and received my order in good time and was happy with the product. Although, the order was incorrect, as I'd ordered a selection and not all were included.
Unfortunately, this time my order is now 3 weeks late, the tracking info does not work, and my emails are being ignored.
I was however sent an email link requesting that I leave a review on their website. The top 20 reviews are mainly 1 star all citing the same issue.
