Scam company advertising designer brands when they're cheap Chinese imitation. Also the sizes are ridiculous. An XL would barely fit a child. As a good will gesture, (as they don't accept returns as they go missing allegedly) they've offered me 25% refund & I get to keep that knock piece of tat that doesn't fit me! Do not buy anything from these.

Absolute scam company. Advertise goods from legit manufacturers but then send you knock off goods by some Chinese company. Shouldn’t be getting away with it

Don’t by any staff from this group . Is not a professional and not gonna help you if you receive the wrong item . Also the size is not compare of the basic one, example I order the XL but I receive the S and I had to bin without have any replace or total refund , they offer me just the 15% and of course I refuse .
The quality is almost cheaper than the aspect I’ve.

I had to give 1 star in order to access this comments box! I cannot stress enough to everyone that this company is a scam. The goods that are ordered are fake and not true to size and if you want to make a return to receive a refund you are out of luck because you will be told that the company cannot receive returns due to a high volume that go missing!

Ordered Adidas took ages to come and turns out to be bad fake

One star is generous,fake adidas varsity bomber jacket,not even a good fake took an age to receive parcel

Fake goods , using branded images to lure you in to buying then sending out totally different fake goods, I had Adidas trainers nothing like picture on website and had an Adidas logo poorly stuck on the side

These are probably the worst pair of trainers I have seen in my life not only do they look cheap and plastic they are not the correct size they should have been a size 9UK - EU 43 there is no size markings on the trainers but I would guess they are closer to a size 6 UK - EU40.

Do not order from them. Definitely fake Skechers. Took 3 weeks for delivery only to discover the quality was awful.

Vellova cannot accept returns this is what I was told. Due to returns going missing. The products are fake, don't buy from them

They say order has been sent but tracking number doesn't even exist still no items received

Pas op!! Niet te vertrouwen. Schoenen besteld en nooit gekregen. Ik heb gemaild geen antwoord gekregen.

Precies hetzelfde verhaal. Maat 39 besteld en 36 gekregen. Geen klantenservice. Download retourformulier van de website, maar die is nergens te vinden. Oplichterij. Klaag ze aan. Is dit niet te ontmaskeren zoiets?

Na 3 weken wachten mijn bestelling gekregen. Alleen maat 36 ipv 39 gekregen... Reageren niet meer op mails, pure oplichterij. Nog steeds zie ik advertenties voorbij komen van deze zaak met allerlei namen en verbasteringen daarop...

op de site zelf hebben ze paar nep reviews gezet, de slippers zijn kleiner dan normaal zou moeten zijn. Je krijgt nergens reactie van ze, niet op de mail en niet in de chat. Ze harken geld binnen en je krijgt er weinig voor terug. Bijna een maand geduurd voor bezorging, zijn pure oplichters.

Het zijn geen originele melkproducten en het retourneren gaat heel moeizaam!
