We ordered electric blinds from Victory Blinds in September 2025. After months of waiting, they finally arrived around 2Jan26 and two of the blinds didn’t work at all.
On top of that, the blinds were marked with black stains. Our tradesman still fitted them and submitted a fault report to Victory Blinds.
When we contacted Victory Blinds, they claimed they had no report and said they would follow up and call us within two weeks. No one ever called.
We’ve since phoned multiple times, been given the runaround, and received no solution. Emails are being ignored completely.
At this point, we’ve paid for faulty products, had them installed, and been left with two non-working electric blinds and damaged fabric — with zero accountability from Victory Blinds.
This is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. If you’re considering using this company, be aware that if anything goes wrong, you may be left chasing them endlessly with no resolution.
Extremely disappointed.

Initially very good but unfortunately we had a part missing and even after multiple calls and emails still no resolution. They now are not even replying to my emails. Very disappointed
Warranty claim after warranty claim. We have now had three major faults with the blinds that took multiple extra weeks to get installed. Today we had installation of one of the replacements and the new blind has more problems than the old one. If the build quality hasn't been bad enough, the customer service has been woeful as well. They have multiple different trading names/ABNs. And obviously have used fake five star reviews on Trustpilot. Do not use this company. Don't make our mistake.
Although i did need to wait for quite an extended period. When the boys arrived to do my fitting that were very efficient and handled the job well and quickly and took away the damaged blind, very pleased.
For the first few years my blinds were perfect but suddenly both motors stopped working and almost 12 months later I am still waiting to get them fixed/replaced. V C&B's preferred option is for me to pay another $6k to have the blinds replaced even though I was told new motors would be easily replaced for $175 each when first installed. Still waiting for a response to a resolution.
Do not recommend! Our blinds were measured by a sales consultant and when the installer turned up to installed, he was surprised to find out why we only had one measure and told us he had issues with the sales consultant measurements before! So great start!!
We Paid $2500 for these block out and sheer blinds and all have been faulty. They are not the right width (so they don’t block out light!!!) they do not wind up evenly or like today, they do not wind up at all (as the chord disconnects), they are full of dents and bumps).
We have tried and tried and tried to get a response for a warranty claim. And we are getting nothing. We emailed the sales department, who told us they forwarded our email to management - still nothing!
This is now a consumer and a safety issue. Melbourne just went through a heat wave and we cant open our main balcony doors (meaning we can’t get any air into our apartment - this is a safety issue!).
We have given ample opportunity for this to be rectified - over a month!
From start to finish everything was great. Our external blinds reduced the heat from morning sun substantially. What a great choice. Menka was great.
Measure and quote was terrific. Great advice on options. Fitter Jack was fantastic. Professional, polite and did a great job.
Waited 3 months for installation after being told 4 to 6 weeks
They cancelled twice with just a text message and I still don’t have them installed
Don’t waste your time or money go elsewhere !
The man that did the quote was quite knowledgeable.
Quality product
I have acquired your service before and I was satisfied wth the outcome. That is the reason I tried it again. And again the outcome was satisfctory.
Arrived on time, took no time to set up,install, and tidy up very efficient service
Paid our deposit and was told 6 - 7 week lead time and that it would be completed before Christmas. We are now at week 9 and had been scheduled in for installation 23/12/25. Today 22/12/25 I receive an SMS (not even a phone call) to say installation is now 13/1/26. Blinds have been paid for in full as we had to pay prior to installation - feeling completly gutted that these won't be in for Christmas Day and our 13 guests will be sitting out in the hot sun.
Highly recommend – Extremely happy with the quality, service and installation of my vertical blinds from Victory Blinds. Installed earlier than expected. Very happy.
The Rep was very pleasant and the technician who fitted the blinds was very very good too.
Only issue I had was on two occasions you cancelled the fitting for the blinds but things happen I know, I would definitely use Victory Blinds again.
Sales process all good but installation of large electronic blinds has been a nightmare and dealing with the incompetent team at this company is beyond frustrating. Three weeks after install the blinds are permanently down and they have never been able to provide a remote that works. Zero communication or response from "Cuctomer Service" team. Literally in the dark. Would give zero stars if I could.
