Voyager Software Helps me make the placements i need to in order to fill the jobs i have. However it could be a bit faster my only issue with it is how slow it can sometimes be.

Great support team - software ok

After posting a review previously, i have amended it as the issues and bugs i had experienced have been fixed.
The Support staff try to help, platform not always working - can be quite slow.
Michaela was very helpful in her quest to help solve my issue, but overall my experience of using the software over the last 18 months has been mixed. The platform has loads of useful tools, but the software itself struggles at times. The support team try to help but they are limited in what they can do as ultimately the platform is not quite where it should be, although the team are working on it. There is potential for the software, but teething issues initially. Support team is very helpful and does try to address problems. Really appreciate the follow up from Jazmin and the Support team who are trying to resolve our issues as they arise.

Response time was poor

Took a week and a half to get a response, and there wasn't really a solution. The number given to call back was also incorrect.

Hi Jane, we're sorry we've not been able to prevent this issue. It's a sporadic issue with Sage integration that hasn't happened for the past 3 weeks. Unfortunately it may well be beyond our control, but we're certainly persevering. We feel it's also fair to mention that we implemented the workaround within 30 mins as promised so you could run payroll on time and without any impact. We do appreciate your patience and we would like to reassure you that we are doing all we possibly can at this time.

Training Suport

I'm new to the system and still getting to grips, but id like to say the training support is fab, always someone at the end of the phone to help. Great system.
