Not worth the money santer so bad don’t no how to talk to a child

White Rose charity does not even deserve one star! They are rude, unprofessional, and ungrateful—a charity whose integrity I would not trust.
They left a recycling bin at a property in Devonport, Radnor Place, W2. Consequently, residents have experienced vandalism with drug users and thieves at the driveway of the block where the bin was placed. Despite our repeated requests for the past six months to have them remove the bin, they have not removed the bin. I personally explained to Brenda, one of the company's managers, that residents of the block are scared and intimidated due to the aggressive drug users and individuals the bin has attracted to the block's entrance. Unfortunately, they seem indifferent to our concerns.
This type of behaviour raises doubts about whether the donations are being appropriately utilised for charitable purposes.
The question is would a reputable charity behave in such a manner? No.
Would I trust donating to a charity like White Rose? Definitely not!
There are many other decent charities working hard that I would rather support than this one.

Sold shoddy, repaired goods that fell apart soon after buying - rude and unhelpful staff even suggested I had lied about the purchase even though I had a receipt !! When do so-called charity shops realise they have responsibilities just like any other High St shop ?? Would never shop there again

Amazing value to some of the clothes, and good quality too.

However they refused to refund a faulty item because it was returned outside of their 7-day period. The sign next to the checkout makes clear that the 7-day period applies to clothes which are returned because they don't fit or because the customer doesn't like them. That is at the discretion of the business, of course, and that's fine. But businesses cannot refuse to accept *faulty* goods outside of a 7-day period. That is very unlikely to be considered reasonable and is likely unlawful.

Always enjoy shopping at the white rose stores...

Absolutely amazing!! Cheap and cheerful, great for the environment, high in fashion, good quality clothing can be bought from white rose! Not just clothed but shoes, jewellery, sportswear, nail varnish and other accessories plus so much more! I love these shops and recommend to all! So much better than really expensive clothes or cheap tatty ones from places like shein where they fall apart so quickly and are so unethical! BUT from white rose yayyy

I bought a pair of trainers that were not suitable so I went back to the shop with a receipt and the assitant told me that she couldnt process a refund or credit note as I didnt have the price label that was originally on the item. So I just left the item with her and said well forget it they are no good to me, so I handed the trainers over. Afterwards I thought about how silly this was and wondered whether this was company policy or whether the assistant had made an error. So I decided to email the manager whose name was on the website and despite two messages didnt get a response. So I came to the conclusion that this organisation was either very badly organised or were not particularly interested in customer service. For the sake of £10 they lost a regular (at the time) customer.

Quick delivery and the clothes are always as described.

I'm a big fan of white rose nottingham and Newark shops so how excited I was when a new beeston nottingham shop opened ,but oh how disappointed I was over crowded goods definitely not hand picked primart goods in with a very high price tag .And no covid 2 meter rules and a very full shop Wednesday 17 April .I will stick with nottingham from now on

Having vowed to boycott fast fashion in 2020, I was struggling to find decent clothes, especially with all the charity shops closed! But White Rose Fashion provide fashionable, affordable second hand clothes in excellent condition. I've ordered a few times from them and have been very pleased with the results 👍 would highly recommend!
