From start to finish the service has been outstanding. Marie sourced my mortgage, helping me through every step of the way with daily updates (weekends included). Once the mortgage was accepted I was joined by Jamie who again has been there step by step. The reassurance Jamie has given has been amazing ( I am a bit of a paincker). Overall all my experience has been wonderful, I would 100% recommend Willows Finance to anyone and I look forward to working with them again should I need any further finance

Great Experience, Brilliant Communication all way through

As I write this review I am wondering how I can truly explain how FANTASTIC AMAZING PROFESSIONAL WILLOWS FINANCE ARE and this is not because I got accepted for a 2nd charge mortgage it's because jeff,Jamie and the rest of there team went above and beyond to get the job done even when there were slight hiccups on my creditors side and mortgage side willows finance kept on the case pursuing the result and keeping me update constantly...this is the 2nd time I have used willows Finance and recommend there services to anyone...Thankyou AGAIN.

Having found myself in a bit of a sticky situation with my old mortgage company( barclays ) It was my husband who actually found willows finance, I'd read reviews ( just like mine) and found myself explaining my situation to Jamie, I then had quite a few dealings with Jeff via whatsapp this service was 2nd to none with constant speedy results, the process was amazing and at the end Marie got me the loan I needed and I can't thank her enough, honestly would recommend this company to friends and family , Thankyou all at willows especially Marie 😊😊😉
