"Key" Personnel Living on The Backs Of The Foot Soldiers at Blair County Stadium
"Key" Personnel could not find my electronic tickets soI had to purchase four (4) additional tickets, When I got home, turned on my desktop and there they were. I am a disabled vietnam veteran and I have never been treated with such disrespect since I was in boot camp in April 1969. Kept saying they would call me and didn't so I actually had to drive over there to get an answer and arrived at 3:10PM for 6:05 game on August 2nd, 2023.
Spoke with a person named Austin Finochio who sits behind the people who sell tickets at the game. This is NOT LEADERSHIP. This is another Altoona Curve "Key" employee surviving/keeping his job on the backs of the foot soldiers who do an excellent job, I am talking about the ushers, security guards, vendors, LOCO and eveN the GOODWILL OPF THE manager, coaches and players theselves. This guy acted nonchalant about the whole deal anf didnt seem the bit comcerned when I told him he was to enter my world of......if I went home and found the tickets. So, tell me who was responsible for hiring this guy.
It got even worse with the next guy I talked to on the phone. He did not understand the digital E-ticket system. Being a former Business Ed Teacher certified to teach, accounting, Office Technologies and other business related sublects SUCH AS CUSTOMER SERVICE DOS AD DON'TS, I gave up and hung up on thos CLOWN> Tell me who was responsible for hiring this "Key" Person. The word "key" as it pertains to thede people is a joke.
