As always friendly staff, explain in detail if you have any issues with your car, two many times in the past have I felt ripped off but not with ATS

Over-inflated prices on parts
Had two front shock absorbers and springs plus caps fitted.
Prices quoted on invoice are inflated as compared to many other UK suppliers' prices.
Shock absorbers quoted( same make and model number) £93.5 each inc VAT, while AVERAGE ON LINE PRICES RANGE FROM £40 to £55. Same for the coil springs. The only near match is the suspension top mounts. Surely ATS being a big multiple company, they can source parts to match ,if not cheaper, than other wholsalers/suppliers. A little bit disappointed especially been told by staff a discount already been applied .

Always a pleasant experience. Honest advice/info always provided. Andy is great, as were the rest of the lads I spoke to during my visit. They dont lie and tell you work needs doing when it doesn't. That's a great quality for a business.

Purchased two new front tyres and all wheel alignment.
The tyres were inflated very high and both were uneven pressure osf 195 and nsf 155.
Customers expect that the job is done right to avoid uneven ware of the tyres, which is why I have had to change the front tyres.
