Encargue un pedido hace un mes, el pasado 04 de febrero, estoy a 23 de marzo y no me llegó nada para el tiempo estimado que decía el producto. He hablado con mas de 10 personas diferentes por el medio "chat en línea", me dan respuestas diferentes y les pido a todos mi reembolso lo cual me dicen que si, que tengo que esperar de 3 a 7 días para que me llegue un correo de ebanx para que me devuelvan el dinero y pasan los días y nadie me manda absolutamente nada. No sé si solo lo dicen para librarsey no hacen nada o solo lo toman por igual.

La controladora es perfecta
La controladora es perfecta, funcionan todos los pids, el tacto es robusto y no es incomoda de coger.
Algo a tener en cuenta es que el cable que viene con la controladora es solo para trasmision de datos por lo que si se desea conectarla a un pc para simulador se necesita otro cable.
El teimpo de envio fue más corto de lo esperado.

No da garantía total banggood en artículos defectuosos
hola he comprado varias veces en banggood y esta que sera la ultima
,compre un drone fimi a3 pero no funciona bien la cámara de vídeo ya que se empaña por lo que me puse en contacto para que me solucionen,este tema y después de varios mensajes no me dejan otra opción que devolver un drone y que yo pague los gastos del envio, que mal me siento con banggood, voy a perder dinero por comprar un dron que no funciona bien la cámara por problemas de fabricación ya que muchos más usuarios tienen el mismo problema.
No volveré a comprar jamas en banggood y comentaré en todo tipo de foros y redes sociales para que tengan constancia del mal funcionamiento de esta empresa, pues ami me costara haber perdido unos 35 € en el enviado pero puedo ayudar a muchas personas para que no compren y les pase igual.

El día 21 de febrero compré un reloj para el coche, estamos a 14 de marzo y no he recibido aún mi pedido, ni ninguna justificación por el retraso.
Ante tal falta de seriedad y ética profesional, no puedo dejar de pensar que me están estafando y que las opiniones favorables a banggood son realizadas por personal de la referida empresa, y que por lo tanto, son falsas.
Banggood fué muy rápido para cobrarme el pedido, podía ser igual de rápida para hacer el envío o devolver el importe pagado.
Posiblemente, por la experiencia tenida, no volveré a comprar en esta empresa.
¡Ah!, y cuando contesten a la opiniones, háganlo en español.
Pero sobre todo, no nos tomen por imbéciles.
