Customer service is nonexistent! I immediately reached out after getting a subscription because the site wouldn't allow me access to what I paid for. I've sent about 8 emails and many messages through the chat. ZERO RESPONSE! I did however get charged twice in April. As far as I'm concerned CUBEE 3D/HIVE is a SCAM!

It's a good and reliable platform. You get all support you need for your business. Design library is excellent and unique. One thing that attract me to the platform is their exclusivity model and in return you pay 10% royalty to designers which is fair and that would keep the number of sellers limited.
