Beautiful item, love how well made the items from this company are and the lovely colours. Very warm to wear, I have ended up buying a few items just recently from gym and coffee. Nice sizing and love the different styles and colour ways. Just lovely.

Love they way they bring out matching mother and kids fleeces and the reward points is an excellent idea

I'd give 5 stars for the clothes but no stars for customer service so I met in the middle.

Placed an order 5th Feb which was in stock online, order still shows as "confirmed" .
Over a week later, zero communication....no shipping eta or information, no delivery, emails sent unanswered.....terrible service, which is a shame as the clothes are so nice.

Item not received and no response to multiple emails I have sent. Terrible and shocking service. This seems to be a consistent issue going by comments on Facebook, which they also don't reply to!

I contacted gym+coffee after my order failed to arrive. The tracking was still showing Royal Mail having not received it. After waiting a week for a reply I was asked if I wanted a refund or another fleece to be dispatched. I replied the same day and said I would prefer another to be dispatched. A week went by with no reply. A few days later, still being ignored, I requested a refund. Again, ai was ignored. I have had to report a dispute to the bank to get my money back. Awful customer service. Whilst I appreciate they may be busy, they are capable of sending emails out everyday and posting on social media. Will not order again from here.
And just for an update, a week after this review, it’s still not sorted.

One month later still no replacement of part order didnt arrive. Numerous emails.

I bought a pink knitted jumper...on arrival i could see there was a mark on it .i was going ro wash it , but then thought better of it .i took pictures straight away.and sent it as proof it was damage on arrival..i sent 2 emails and not 1 response did i get back .very poor customer service ..

I’m waiting one month for a package to arrive, nobody replies on CS email, it’s so frustrating. It’s been a terrible experience that still hasn’t been sorted.

Firstly I love that this is an Irish company with genuine values. I have bought many items of clothes from them and I always go back. I once had an issue with delivery of an item and the customer service was excellent. The one downside for me is sizing, some tops I bought a few years ago were on the small side, so I now size up (unless its the oversized). The quality is great, selection of styles impressive and overall good value for money.

Ordered on 26th of December there was a problem with customs (don’t know why I ordered from an Irish store so should be no customs) got a generic reply on the 10 of January nothing since customer service won’t reply to any emails if they would just answer it would be as bad but zero communication is not on

Adore the colour range of these garments. Great quality too. Very cosy!

I placed a bulk order at the end of January and two packages were missing. I’ve emailed repeatedly and received only two generic, useless replies. This has dragged on for over three months with no resolution or communication.

It is an absolute disgrace that this has gone on for over three months with little to no communication or resolution. The lack of accountability is shocking.

I like the brand, but after this experience I’ll never shop here again. Even trying to reorder the missing items was pointless as they’re no longer on the website.

I love gym and coffee sportswear so much that I no longer buy any other brand of athletic wear. The leggings, tee's, jackets and fleeces are such good quality that I feel they are worth the investment because they wash well and hold up to a lot of wear and tear. The only criticism I would have is that they can be very slow to restock sizes especially small and medium. Either the notification of when something is back in stock does not work well or restocking sizing is very slow. Please speed this up so I can get more of the Gym and Coffee athletic wear I love .

I ordered two jumpers four weeks ago and only received one jumper. I contacted Gym & Coffee straight away to make them aware of this and to ask when my second jumper would be arriving.

Since then, I’ve heard little to nothing from them. I have contacted them multiple times by email and on various social media platforms, and I am now being completely ignored.

I am currently at a loss of €55, which is extremely frustrating — especially when the issue is so simple to resolve by sending out the jumper I already paid for. It’s baffling to see Gym & Coffee gifting free jumpers to social media influencers around Ireland while a genuine paying customer cannot get the item they paid for.
Due to the lack of response and complete disregard for resolving this issue, I have taken the matter to the Small Claims Court today. I will update this review if the situation is resolved.
Very disappointed with the service and customer care.

Love both of my fleeces from
Gym and Coffee, both very warm and cosy will defo be buying more.
