Very helpful their customer service is excellent and do everything they can to help you. The prescription given to me by my opticians was wrong, but JP Opticians without hesitation told me to return my glasses and they would replace the lens ,this was not their fault but they kindly did it for me. So I am happy to recommend this company to anyone.

Advertises as delivered in 10-14 working days but 14 working days in (nearly 3 weeks later) and I still haven't received.

Having to chase constantly to get any answers, can't tell me where my order even is despite leaving Italy to reach them on the 7th, as they use DPD which 'can't be tracked until delivery'. Not worth the cost saving when the service is so bad. AVOID.

Ordered a reglaze for some sunglasses, great communication from the team.

Was a slight issue where when I received the lenses they were green - this was due to a bit of a misunderstanding in communication on both ends, where the tints I requested looked different when i asked for a picture, compared to what I received, as they were on a white background.

Anyway, no problem for the team at JP, sent me a return Label for Royal Mail 48, dropped off at post office, they even offered to collect but I dropped off, and revived back with the correct lenses within 10 days.

Great service a little bit longer waiting for item than I expected

At this point I have been waiting more than 2 weeks for my sunglasses. They still haven't arrived. I made the mistake of ordering from this company because their prices are better than other online retailers who are selling the same glasses I want. I forgot I had this same issue with them last time. No one ever answers the phone and there are never any order updates sent via email. Poor customer service and delivery time. I will have to cancel this order if it does not arrive in the next 2 days. I definitely wont order again or recommend this company.
