Pleased with prompt dispatch - with reservations
Pleased with prompt dispatch - and appreciative of staff efforts to help over the phone subsequently, when we found difficulty in understanding how the tape gun we had ordered worked.
We were disappointed however that no instructions about this were included in the packet, because the way in which the device should be loaded and operated was not at all obvious or easy. It should have been made clear that the retractable blade only operates if you pull back enough on the plastic stretcher, over which the tape is drawn. We only eventually found this out by trial and error, but it is our only grumble with the service.

Thanks - with a very small but...
Product and service excellent. I would have preferred to buy a smaller batch - I only needed twelve envelopes and now have more spare than I used in the first instance.
