Absolutely fantastic experience . Have used livefoodtamworth for a while now , tried other companies before and none of them compare . My bugs are always delivered fast , I think the most dead bugs I’ve had is two , and I’ve ordered hundreds at a time . The dubia colonies are fantastic and all the live food is great value for the price . Always really helpful if I have any questions . Will 10000% recommend this company and haven’t gone anywhere else for my dubia since !

I normally buy my locusts from a shop as I worry buying live food online and it them turning up dead but I asked in my tarantula group and was recommended to come here. I ordered a medium and large locusts and was surprised at their size as they are normally smaller from the shop but I'm not complaining and know to order smaller next time. Everything was packaged well and the food was fresh and all still alive. Arrived the next day from ordering. 10/10 will be buying from here from now on rather than having to travel

My chickens love these Calci worms.
They are package well, they look healthy and amazingly good for my chickens.
The customer service is excellent after a little computer hipcup the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.
I can highly recommend.

I have been buying from this website for 4 years. Their locust's are always fresh and great quality for my leopard gecko. Always delivered within 1-2 days.

Don’t not order from this website as I ordered and did not receive my items and have reported it to trading standards and to my bank but need to wait 15 days before I can receive a refund which is stupid as it’s my money not happen and I reported the website 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 and I have tried and tried and tried to contact them with no joy

Never had a bad order from this place. I've ordered crickets (black & silent), roaches (dubia & red runner) and waxworms from them and they've every time arrived in good condition with usually zero DOA. Most parcels fit through the postbox so I don't have to time orders carefully to be when I'm in.
Dispatches and delivery have been exceptionally fast too.

The process of ordering is easy to follow. very fresh crickets,size exactly as i wanted , quick delivery , good prices. good value for money as well

This company is amazing, I would give it 4 and a half stars because it is so close to earning a 5 stars but I don't know how to do that. The company sells a wide range of live food, supplements, pre packaged food for tortoises and other type of reptiles, they also sell reptile equipment like lighting, decor, insect feed, and many other things needed for reptiles. The only complaint I have about the range of stuff is that they don't have many sizes like in the UVB lighting section they have different brands and different % but when I was needing a certain size which is a bit big and they didn't sell it so I had to pay a lot more money then I should've for the lighting size I needed because the website didn't do big sizes. The live food each have a description of what it is, where/how the insects are kept and with some insects like the miro worms it is stated what they are more suitable for animal wise and if needed to feed to reptiles to only use to make the reptile fatter but not to use it as a main part of the reptiles diet which I think is amazing as some people don't know what should just be used sometimes feed compared to what they should be given all the time. This website is the best one I've been to, to get food and stuff for my bearded dragon and they have fast shipping. I order adult loctus and not had a problem so far the only thing I get confused with is I do sometimes get 1 or 2 medium or hatchlings lotus in the bag of 25 adult lotus but that could just happen so it's most likely no one's mistake, I haven't had any lotus show up dead and if I do it's just 4 that have dead which I know will happen especially if it is cold out which I do get warned about when ordering and when I open the package it also has a paper stating if there's any dead ones it mainly will be because of the coldness and they may come back when they get to room temperature. The insects and stuff are packaged amazingly I have had none escape the bag/ tub, the box just has some dirt/mud on the bottom of the box which does cause a mess but I don't mind some people might but I don't see an issue with it. And also when I order powder supplements like calcium it always ends up outside the container and all over the lid which goes everywhere so if that can be sorted please do it as white powder is very hard to clean up especially when it gets on clothes and bedding and looks very odd. This company really does care and it shows with how good quality their stock is and they are very helpful if you have any questions and are very sweet and kind hearted, I have no issues with the people at the company, I have had a really good experience buying from them it is just a few things that need to be fixed but everything else is perfect.

We've used livefoods.co.uk with a repeat order for a little over three years. During this time we've had consistent deliveries with very high proportion of live stock. We've had one delayed delivery (Royal Mail's fault) which had a high fatality rate, but this wasn't Livefoods' error.

All of our engagements with the post-sales support team have been excellent with fast responses and quick resolution of our enquiries. This included both changes to the frequency and cancellation of the repeat order.

If they have what you want and have the delivery options you need, then they're easily recommended.

Brilliant Service.
My email enquiry was answered promptly, with clear instructions. I have been dealing with Livefood UK for 4 years and have never been disappointed with their service.

Very quick delivery. Always alive. The only problem is the uneven cricket size per shipment. I can get a bag full of juicy big crickets and the next shipment you can have just a swarm of tiny little once.

I ordered some livefood from Livedood UK and I am extremely impressed with their customer service. I made a mistake with my address and Royal Mail had to return my order to them. Luckily they resent it with no problem at all which i am very happy about. I will order from them again without making the same silly mistake!

Great supplier being let down by a poor postal service. The critters are good despite being in the postal system for twice as long as they should be.Royal mail claim they attempted delivery but they did not after i waited in all day.This is the third time in a row this has happened, i only live 50 miles from the supplier.
