First‑class service from start to finish
I visited the I Mobile Bromley branch to buy my new Samsung S25 Ultra, and the service was absolutely exceptional. The team looked after me for over an hour and a half, transferring all my data from my old phone with total professionalism and patience.
Everything was handled smoothly and stress‑free — they made what could have been a complicated process incredibly easy. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention these days, and I left feeling genuinely impressed and grateful.
Highly recommended to anyone needing a new phone or support. Outstanding service.

I would like to say how helpful the guys are in the shop, especially the young one who i purchase a phone from. I went back as i didnt like the phone and we changed to another phone, he transfer my wassap and photos ect. im in my 50s have not got a clue how to do all. 100% recommend this shop

FOLLOW ON FROM ORIGINAL COMPLAINT BELOW
As per my complaint below the Manager asked me to email my complaint which I did. He then called me and said he would investigate and get back to me. I DID NOT HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN!! I sent several emails asking if he was still dealing with my complaint. NOTHING. That was a month ago. As I said previously please stay away as they are obviously Cowboys!!
