Obviously a scam / data farming company. Received a letter addressed to someone who has never lived here with "You could be owed significant compensation". Back of the envelope suggesting updating the details they have on their website.
Scam
Scam company providing data for reclaimnow.com, which is regulated by the SRA which looks pretty dodgy too.
Scammers
Scammers. I returned mine with a rather lovely (not) message written on the envelope. Okay, you could argue that proves the address is 'live' (easily done anyway), but every time a person returns their scam mail, it costs Sagacity money, which may just discourage them in the long term.
Scam
After reading through the reviews, mainly impressive 1*, I opened the letter, addressed to Mrs Atieh Goldoost.
Now unless she was camping on this piece of land before the foundations were laid, she certainly has never lived at this address.
The letter was from Reclaim now, kindly offering to reclaim significant compensation regarding overpaid Car Finance.
Reclaim now is a trading style of Reclaim Legal Limited, as per their bottom paragraph.
Binned the letter.
Another company selling personal …
Another company selling personal details.
You must have made plenty money selling to ReclaimNOW.
I do not own a vehicle not even a corgi car

Like everyone else here I received a letter in a brown envelope. Address correct but name not. I will not be contacting them so they gave my details. Totally against data protection.
Had a letter like all the others
Had a letter like all the others, correct address wrong name, hoping to get my correct info by me going on their websites. No f in chance.
Data gathering company - Scam
Data gathering company, ie scam.
Matching other experiences; brown envelope addressed to non-existent occupier.
The web address to register "not at this address" was a red flag. So here I am.
Bin it !
Apparently someone with a variation of my name is owed significant compensation.
A check on Trustpilot shows I’m not alone and this is a dodgy outfit. Will not be responding.

Well as a data gathering and solutions company, they have failed at the very first step.
Today we have received a letter from them, with the incorrect occupier name.
Simple mistake you may think.
However, we bought the house from plan 40 years ago so there has never been anyone else at this address.
Received a brown enveloped letter…
Received a brown enveloped letter today, for someone who does not live here. Abnormally large lettering on the back telling me what to do if the recipient doesn’t live at the address. Pleased I googled, obviously some kind of scam. Straight in the bin.
Scam
So glad I checked the out on here. Exactly the same as everyone else. I had a letter addressed to someone else. We have lived here for 26 years so no chance it's a mistake. Thanks to the person who said about not sending it back as it shows address is live. I will bin it.
letter received with a NON living…
letter received with a NON living person here persons name and have returned letter but also send copies to Police Action Fraud.
Had a letter first addressed to a name…
Had a letter first addressed to a name that does not live here now being emailed as well!! Absolute scam artist and fraudulent company.
Phishing scam
Phishing scam. DO NOT ENGAGE. DO NOT return the letter - it shows that your address is "live".
I also received a letter today
I also received a letter today, address to someone who has never lived at my address as far as I'm aware. I didn't open the letter and will just return to sender, but I assume its similar to the other commentors.
Spam
Yet another letter with the name of someone who has never lived at this address. Get one of these letters at least twice a year. Return to sender every time. Don't won't to contact them directly as that will mean they have my details. With the reviews on trust pilot perhaps they could look into it.
Data fishers?
Similar to others received a letter offering compensation addressed to someone who has never lived here. Looks like a data fishing exercise so I will be shredding and recycling it.
Wrongly addressed letter scam
Like other reviewers, I got a letter addressed to someone who has never lived at our address. I didn't open it, but the envelope announces that it's about compensation claims, and instructs you to get in touch if the letter has been wrongly addressed. Seems like a data harvesting scam.
