We're so sorry that you didn't receive a response when you contacted a Slimming World Consultant to about joining their group, which is unusual.

One of the great things about our groups is that members are welcome to come along without needing to book a place - however, we understand that making contact beforehand can be useful if a member has any questions, or needs a little reassurance.

Mandy, We’d really love the opportunity to support you in getting your Slimming World journey underway.

Our Customer Service team would be more than happy to help you find a group and answer any questions, so you can feel confident about your first visit. The team is available Monday to Friday 9am–6pm, 9am–2pm at weekends, and 9am–5pm on Bank Holidays.

We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t aware your Slimming World Online membership would renew - that’s never the experience we want for our members.

When a member creates a Slimming World Online account, the terms and conditions explain that membership renews each month at £20 unless future payments are switched off or an extended plan is chosen. We also send a renewal reminder a week before the payment is due, so members have the chance to cancel if they wish.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be when something like this comes as a surprise, and we’d really like to look into what’s happened for you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback about the Slimming World range of meals from Iceland. We're really pleased to hear that you're enjoying the majority of the meals that you've tried - and it’s great to know the sausages and lasagne have been a hit for you.

We’re also glad the meals are working well for you as someone managing diabetes. Hearing that you find them tasty, filling, and guilt‑free is exactly what we hope for. We understand your point about the price too, and we’re always looking at ways to offer the best value while keeping the quality high.
