The trousers were easy to buy online and choose the correct size.
The delivery arrived the next day.
They are expensive but hopefully will last

The order itself was processed quickly and delivered without any issues, so I’m very satisfied with that part.

However, the website could definitely be improved. It is not very easy to navigate, and the order status does not seem to update in real time. For example, my order was already delivered, but the page still shows it as “packing.” Because of this, it is difficult to return the item quickly because I have to wait until the status changes.

As far as I can see, the website also does not allow customers to cancel an order directly. If someone makes a mistake while ordering, they have to write an email instead, which feels quite inconvenient nowadays. It would be very helpful if returns and cancellations could be managed more easily directly through the website.

from my point of view, snickers direct is the most profitable place where you can buy any equipment for work and not only .... besides the fact that they have the best quality products .... you also enjoy the best communication in terms of help in buying or being informed ....I wish you happy shopping

I haven’t received my order yet. It was supposedly next day delivery. Day 4 now and still no sign or indication when they might arrive

I ordered off the 'snickersdirect.ie' website. Bought a €120 pair of workpants. Then I got a customs charge of €55 as the pants were now coming from the UK. Have emailed 4 times to try to cancel with no answer. Phoneline doesn't work and online chat is inactive. Have no idea how it can be right to buy from your country only to be asked to pay €175 total for a pair of pants. Am still waiting for confirmation on order cancellation and a refund for almost a week now and no reply. Very annoying and poor experience.

Delivery service with Elvri is terrible, parcel tracking shows that it has been in local elvri depot for over 5 days waiting to be delivered. Complete lack of updates. I will never use snickers direct again because of this and I would not recommend them to anyone else, next day delivery? Two weeks nearly and still waiting

They are crap £110 for a pair or trousers that don't even last 8 months before the pockets go and the seems fail dewalt trousers come with 12 months warranty at 70 quid snickers it's only 6 months warranty at nearly double the price

If anyone is unsure or misled. Even though they have “snickers” inside their name. THEY ARE NOT SNICKERS. Any fit or sizing issues they will “blame the manufacturer” and deny any responsibility. Regardless of UK distance selling laws. As such, I own snickers shorts. I ordered snickers trousers SAME SIZE. But they are not the same size. And that’s “MY FAULT” and the “manufacturers fault” and therefore I loose my £5.95 shipping and. Won’t even get a return label. I have to make my own label. Put their address on, ship it myself at my risk. And loose more money, just to get an item refund. I paid £115.75 for 1 pair of trousers. And yet I’m meant to pay for the size not matching their own products.
So I won’t be exchanging il be refunding and buying another brand. And won’t return to snickers or snickers direct (or any of the many other companies they trade under)

The lead time was exceptional , couldn't fault them.
Snickers are a quality product , with a varied selection of styles and sizes.
Being using them for numerous years, the few times I've deviated to an alternative product and brand, its been to me determinate.
So ive eventually learned to stick with what consistantlly works. 😁👍
