This Makita drill is a very good product and works fine. I have several drills like this one and when I saw the price I snapped it up. The delivery was quick aswell.

Overall, I was pleased with the products when I received them.
But my one criticism was that on opening the box the workbench box was contained in I found the silverline box full of holes and the plastic bag split in several places and some of the washers,bolts in the main packaging box, plus some paint chips on the workbench frame.
Not worth returning as I found all the washers and bolts.

Place an order and it arrives without fuss all as promised.

They may not have everything, but they can and do have some of the best prices from a large-range stockist, as well as continuous changing special offers. You won't find everything at rock-bottom price though, so it is worth checking around if you don't need to obtain it all from just one source.

I say an email with a sale and having been looking for this drill/driver for months immediately knew it was a brilliant deal so ordered it. Arrived 2 days later and is exactly what I expected.

My only gripe, and I have this with quite a few other online retailers, is that the courier company expects the customer to set a side a whole day whilst awaiting to take delivery. Surely in this day and age (21st IT lead century) it is not beyond the realms of possibility to notify via email or text the expected time of delivery. Most deliveries are scheduled the night before so it'd not impossible and although it's not, totally, Toolbox's responsibility they can influence and affect change.

I was not happy with purchase as picture on advert showed drill with centre but did not have centre when delivered so as needed urgently I had to purchase one for £20 so I was disappointed with purchase

Could find no fault with the service or the goods

This product is very good. I did a lot of work in the house and it worked perfectly.

Slow delivery, then the item that came did not work.
Emailed to say that it was broken and to replace it. I had to wait ages (including a wasted day when they had failed to book the delivery) for collection, then wait ages more as instead of refunding or replacing the item they insisted that they were going to have to send it back to the manufacturer to repair it. Many emails later, and after waiting over a week (a month since I had paid for the item) I told them to refund my money or send me a replacement. They failed to do this so have had to get my credit card company to refund the money.

Appalling customer service.
