Por otro lado, y si tuvieras que devolver un pedido, dejan de atenderte y no tienen un número de teléfono a quien dirigirte. En mi caso, me enviaron unas botas con talla equivocada y para devolverlas primero tuve que comprar unas de la talla apropiada y luego, una vez recibidas, enviarles las erróneas, pagando los costes de envío. Las envié el 07 de enero de 2020 y aún hoy, día 27, Correos me dice que están retenidas en la Aduana hasta que Wiggle les de su CIF. Me he puesto en contacto con ellos, me dicen que ellos no van a dar su CIF (no entiendo el motivo) y además no me dan ninguna solución.
On the other hand, if you had to return an order, they stop serving you. They don't have a phone number to whom to call. In my case, they sent me some boots in the wrong size and to return them, I first had to buy some of the appropriate size and then, once I had received them, send them the wrong ones back, paying the shipping costs. I did that on January 7th, 2020 and even today, January 27th, Correos tells me that the parcel is being held at Customs until Wiggle gives them their CIF. I have contacted Wiggle and they have told me that they are not going to give their CIF (I don't understand the reason) and they have given me no solution either. So, BE CAREFUL with them.
