No reply to my request
Wwutilities are due to excavate in our area from mid-June and have said that they will close the main road. This will result in a return journey of almost 30 miles per day instead of my usual 9 miles and, due to the mayhem caused by the traffic re-routing and build up will massively increase journey times and sitting about in traffic for many hundreds of locals. I submitted a complaint on 6 May 2026 asking for clarification as well as a request for help with fuel costs. Despite two further attempts to chase after a week and the a fortnight with no reply I have decided to submit this feedback. Wwutilities do not seem to care about their customers and do not even show the courtesy of replying to reasonable requests.
