Ordered end of October. Almost January and no shipment. No response from company at ALL. No stock on Amazon. Either they're having serious supply issues, or they're just a non-existent company taking money for no services.

Ordered on October 13th, received a tracking code from UPS and since several weeks no news! I will update this notice if I ever receive my order.

I've used the key for 2 months now it doesn't work anymore after the 4 emails I still don't get any help/exchange or the like
it is always answered with the same standard email

I have a higher import duty issue with UPS carrier for an Yubico order and requested them to cancel after 5/6 days. They cancelled and refunded promptly.

Shockingly bad, full-friction customer journey. Customer Service is non-existent for all practical purposes including initial purchase.
I wanted to spend 15 minutes buying these security keys - I'm at the end of day 2 now and still haven't made the freaking purchase due to non-existent help from Yubico and their so-called resellers in the UK. The resellers don't actually sell anything, they refer you on to someone else. If you want to get a freaking headache then please go ahead and start your journey with these unhelpful, rude, time-wasting, arrogant people.

I've owned a variety of YubiKeys since 2014, and I've always been very happy with them, I've only had to replace them either because I lost them or because I wanted some newer features, like USB-C or NFC. They seem to be the gold standard for security keys for a reason.

It doesnt work in kraken nor in my smarthphone huawei by nfc, i have lost 1 week trying to set up and finally I m goint to return them.

Absolute disaster. Stay away. No customer service. Yubikey does not work well with Google Chrome and windows 10. I was locked out of all three of my crypto trading accounts after the first day with an error message on all three that said my device was not recognized by windows Chrome security and to try another key.

I purchased 2 yubikey devices in May, paid for express delivery, and still waiting for the devices to arrive at mine. I have tried to contact them via tweeter and emails but no headway so far

It is a problem that Yubikeys cannot be duplicated for backup. They are so secure that even the owner of an account can be locked out, lol. That's not good. In case of lost key or hardware malfunction there is no way to access your account. Unfortunatly two different keys often cannot be registered for the same access. Using Yubikey introduces the risk of the rightful owner of account is prevented access.

Ordered a product 17 days ago, put in an inquiry at the 2 week mark as to its whereabouts and still no updates.

For a product thats advertised to arrive in 5 days. no updates/ apologies, its not really what you would expect.

Feels more like a scam.

They add a suspicious 54€ Tax to the order.
12 days after ordering they still have not shipped, submitted a support ticket 4 days ago and NO Reply. Beware!

I did my order on December 7.
To date, I still have no idea where my order is and every time I contact the support they only send me an automatic answer where they talk about a generic delay.

UPDATE: I've been refunded and I bought it on Amazon (delivered in 2 days).

After being recommended by a friend, who has a PhD in Ai field, I got 2 (YubiKey FIPS Series) for myself. One for use and another for back-up if things go south.

It has given me great mental peace. The device is small, easy to carry and very efficient to use.

I am happy to have them around and working on the security problem.

Recommended.

I think having this type of security (U2F Key) and replacing other methods is just excellent. Combined with a password manager like Dashlane for example is just top notch and definitely safe from attacks. It's an open authentication standard that enables internet users to securely access any number of online services with one single security key instantly and with no drivers or client software needed. They come in many sizes fit to the users needs, obviously make sure to have a few spare.

Non-intutitive, user-unfriendly, incompatible, and a superfluous extra step to sign in.

My Yubico fido u2f security key has been riding around in my pocket on my keyring for 18 months now.

It works flawlessly.

På anden måde kan det ikke siges. Jeg har fået oplyst 7-14 dage via airmail. Da den kommer 3 dage senere kan jeg se den er blevet sendt fra England via airmail og som A-brev.

Selve nøglen er perfekt til at have siddende i din nøglering.

Alle har ret til privatliv. Ligemeget om man har noget at skjule eller ej. Ligeledes har man ret til at være den eneste der kan logge på noget bestemt man benytter.. Dette kan være mail, websted eller andet. Yubikey fra Yubico AB gør dette muligt!

Fantastisk, fantastisk. Log ind med vished om, andre ikke kan tilgå "X" uden at kende brugernavn, kodeord samt have din Yubikey ved hånden, det mere end godt og så med AES-kryptering ("Rijndael"). - Valget var nemt og de kan let bruges til alt. Wordpress mm.

Har sammenlagt bestilt 7 enheder af deres 1.0 da andre ikke kunne fås på det tidspunkt og så 3 af deres nye 2.0. De altid kommet inden for en uge og mere end sublimt pakket ind.
