When I received the draft invoice I checked the subtotal which was £201 (minimum order for free delivery is £200) and the freight charge was clearly shown on my invoice as £0.00.
I didn’t realise that the delivery charge would be listed on the invoice hidden in with the products. Why is freight also listed in the total? I think this is really misleading and I would have added an item to my order rather than pay £20 for delivery.

I ordered a wall light up boxing thing and it never showed up . I got an email saying it had been delivered when it hadn’t . I contacted customer service who said they would send me another one and 2 months later still nothing . Complete scam!!!! Do not use

Utterly useless product. Do not buy the compostable cling wrap. It breaks so easily that it is impossible to use. Then after it’s broken on the roll, the rest of the wrap can’t be reopened. I shall take mine back and request a refund.

I ordered labels that were sent to me in the wrong colour twice and was finally told that they were not up to the job one week before the show that I needed them for. I have been waiting for my promised refund for over two weeks. Absolutely appalling service and a very stressful experience.

It was impossible to roll out.

Don't trust this company. Appauling attitude to their customers, don't bother to call back or acknowledge emails. Took orders last week and not delivered them, promising to deliver next day. Just cancelled order with rubbish excuse which is basically they are taking orders without having the stock in place and winging whether it will arrive. We are now completely out of stock of boxes and cannot complete orders directly as a result of their inefficiency.

Was looking for specific paper, refered to as "butcher paper". Spoke to a lovely man, Adrian, back in December. Gave descriptions of the different options that might be what I am after, newsprint, greaseproof... very helpful. I also asked about some packing boxes, but there were nothing to suit my needs. Great customer service, considering most companies are now using online "support". Need to place another order, and reminded me to review 😇

Garbage company, nothing but a scam. Don’t waste the money. Sent money for my order, never received anything, after dancing back and fourth taking days to respond we agreed on a reship and still never received anything. Poor business. Poorly ran. Wouldn’t even want to see what the product you get is.

Never recieved anything, ordered and payed 2 months ago. Contacted then by mail, messaged forms on the site and they never responded.
