i had an issue with some items that i accidently ordered as their website wasn't very helpful.who lists stuff in just imperial?
i contacted their customer service department and it felt like I was going round in circles.

We do indeed provide both the Imperial and Metric measurements for all products but I'm sorry you missed them this time.

Paid for next day delivery and got it! 40 metres of bubble wrap, sent to me in a box so the outer layers were actually usable when they arrived, unlike others who sent them in plastic and they got popped. I would be more than happy to order again.
