Worst customer service I came across ever

When our flight got cancelled we didn´t get any support or accurate information from GoToGate. 11 days before flying to our best friend wedding our outbound flight got cancelled. They didn´t provide us with alternative flghts and they only offered us a refound within 2 to 8 weeks without confirming us the exact amount of money to be received. This is despite the fact we talked directly with the airline which cancelled the flight who confirmed to us that they actually refounded GoToGate the total amount within 72 hours. We felt we didn´t get transparent information from GoToGate, we were unable to speak to any of the managers. Moreover for the inbound flight we didn´t get any information at all about the status of the flight and we had to contact the airline company directly again.

Update 26/09/2016
After waiting four weeks we got an email from Gotogate saying we will receive a refund just to find they have transferred to wrong amount of money. They are untrustable 100%.

For however wrote on behalf of GoToGate, I will be really happy to send my details if you give me a name and a direct telephone number to contact you. I have already been 27 minutes on the phone to speak to one of your managers today.

Un buscador de confianza

Llevo ya muchos vuelos a mis espaldas y siempre he encontrado la mejor combinación de vuelos con ellos. En general (salvo con GoToGate) nunca he tenido un problema con las empresas online con las que trabajan. Muy recomendable.
