Un auténtico desastre en la…
Un auténtico desastre en la comunicación. Anular una reserva con esta plataforma es como intentar hacer un plato de Arzak sin tener ni idea de cocina, el desastre está asegurado jajaja. Finalmente como es obvio no he podido anular la reserva tras varias llamadas y una decena de emails.

The reservation you had made was under a flexible rate with the option to cancel the booking free of charges before November 27th. The cancellation request was received from your end on November 29th, when you reached out to our team we advised that although this wasn't possible we would try with the hotel and check if they would exceptionally approve the fee waver.
Unfortunately, the hotel advised that the conditions of the booking were strict and advised that they will be charging one night fee as per the cancellation policy you agreed on.
