Pretty good services but really bad abuse handling
I have around 1 year using hetzner services, they're great on terms of:
- UPTIME
- CHEAP PRICES
- TECHNICAL SUPPORT
BUT, there is a BAD (hitting worse) thing with them which is THEIR ABUSE HANDLING.
At the moment you get +2 abuse reports (legit or not), because maybe you're reselling hosting and had the back luck to get abusers signing up to your site. you become to be threated as a enemy instead of a customer, also you have to write long and annoying statements for everything including any small DOS attacks.
And at the end of the day that doesn't guarantee nothing, because if they don't accept your explanations or you get constant abuse tickets (who doesn't? if you handle 500+ customers) them you get your ip blocked or better they just close your account and you lose EVERYTHING.
I don't recommend hetzner for any resell purpose or usage which includes third parties where you cannot control what your users do.
I can understand that you must be extremely frustrated. I would be, too in your situation.
Please understand that this is not a personal decision. We have a responsibility to protect other people on the Internet.
Let me explain. Because of our very low prices, we at Hetzner Online unintentionally attract a lot of scammers and spammers who try to abuse our servers. Our servers are powerful machines, so once they are in the hands of a scammer/spammer, they can do a lot of harm.

AVOID FLAUNT7..
AVOID FLAUNT7... DON'T TRUST ON POSITIVE REVIEWS
1- Constantly downtimes cuz they don't ever rent dedicated servers and oversell as f.ck just ping "serverXX.flaunt7.com" and you find most of their servers are VPS from contabo. (replace xx by a number).
2- After 1 month of service they are going to suspend your service saying you're receiving DDOS attacks... so for my surprise i managed to found ip which was ddosing me and reported to online.net AAAANNND SURPRISE ABUSE TEAM TOLD ME CUSTOMER WAS "FLAUNT7 LLC" ...
3- to activate service they request you pay 30$ USD or give a 10/10 positive feedback on hostadvice.
4- if you move away they keep spamming you by ticket telling they're ddossing your domain.
This is the most garbage company ever, don't trust on hostadvice reviews 90% are fake or forced customers to get back their services
