I purchased this unit in 2014 work fine for the first six months before it started poor quality water took it in for repairs and discovered the electrodes tank was highly scaled up and all the titanium platinum plate were damaged, to my surprise its self cleansing is not effective, trying ever since to purchase a tank and no success, pay $2880 and it's been off service till now 2020 with no where to buy this electrodes tank, good quality alkaline water level for 6months service, this is a expensive unit but unfortunately no parts anywhere.

South Korea and Samsung bring shame to the world and the only way this can improve for these animals is for us to stop buying anything from companies like Samsung who are unethical and profit hungry. I purchased the Vesta alkaline water ionizer online. When I received the unit it did not speak. I sent the unit back and they said they replaced the inside components and it worked great. So, I purchased a second unit and everything was fine for a few weeks and then the first unit started acting up and went back and forth saying acid water 1 then alkaline water 4 and back and forth and some of the lights started flashing. The company said to send the unit back a second time. Before we had it boxed up ready to go the second unit began doing the same thing. This isn't a cheap process sending these units back. I do not recommend this unit at all. Very disappointed.

I needed the Biostone Plus Filter with the Samsung Vesta however it does come with a Biostone Filter. I guess i just have to wait for a little while.
