Dishwasher safe.
WARNING
Do not use the shaker with hot or warm fluids. Shaking hot fluids in a sealed container can cause a buildup of pressure, forcing the contents out of the lid when the container is opened.

Perfect size for a recovery drink. So far, has been completely water tight making it good for the journey home.

The small Abe shaker mix's better. I use the smaller version for Abe and beef protein as the bigger one leaves clumps.
