This has become my go-to protein powder. I enjoy the vanilla flavour, it blends well with coconut milk or water, and it tastes great either way. I usually get the 1.8kg bag, which offers excellent value and lasts a long time. What really keeps me coming back, though, isn’t just the quality or the reasonable price — it’s the way Applied Nutrition treats its customers. They include genuinely good freebies to try out, and they’re not cheap throwaway samples. They’re actually high-quality products, which shows they value their customers and stand behind what they sell. I love it. Definitely a product I’ll keep buying. And I forgot to mention their delivery service is always on point as well. Fast, reliable, and hassle-free.

I've been using vanilla-flavored micellar casein protein powder for a few months now, and it's hands-down one of my favorite supplements. As someone who prioritizes slow-release protein for sustained energy and muscle recovery, casein is perfect – it digests gradually, keeping me full for hours without the quick spike and crash you get from whey. The vanilla flavor is spot-on: smooth, creamy, and subtly sweet without being overpowering or artificial-tasting (depending on the brand, many use natural flavorings like stevia or monk fruit). It's not too chalky, mixes decently, and has that classic vanilla bean vibe that reminds me of a mild milkshake. But where it truly shines is when I stir a scoop into my morning porridge (oats cooked with milk or water). The thick, gel-like texture of casein transforms plain oatmeal into something rich and dessert-like – super creamy and satisfying. It boosts the protein content to around 40-50g per bowl (depending on portion), making it an ideal high-protein breakfast that keeps me energized through the morning without needing snacks. No lumps if you mix it in while the porridge is still hot, and it pairs amazingly with toppings like berries, nuts, or a drizzle of peanut butter. Overall, this is excellent stuff. Great taste, outstanding mixability in hot foods like porridge, and the slow-digesting benefits make it worth every penny for overnight recovery or prolonged satiety.
