We recently had a new kitchen designed and installed by Audus in our new house, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! From the initial planning stage to the final fitting, the team was professional, attentive, and dedicated to getting every detail right. The quality of the cabinetry and finish is outstanding, and the space functions even better than we imagined. Moving into a new home can be stressful, but the seamless process and fantastic result made this one of the best decisions we’ve made. Huge thanks especially to Chris Bishop who offered a totally professional and friendly service with a smile , fantastic design advice, and always available to speak to when called upon. We particularly appreciated Chris’s attention to detail in achieving our desire for symmetry - which we achieved. The biggest compliment I can add though, is that whenever we have visitors, they always say “wow” as they enter the kitchen space - and we are delighted that were able to see our vision bought entirely to life. I visited Audus Kitchens St Albans many times as my house was being rebuilt . I found them to be very friendly, helpful and patient . Especially Chris , who , on more than one occasion , found just the right tile etc after I had spent many hours researching and sending off for samples . The kitchen units were high quality and spec . The drawers are very strong even though when they are filled with a big quantity of china and crockery .Chris also made some helpful suggestions during the design to maximise the space as well as practical for my height!
As plus with this company is that they have their own installation team . This makes a huge difference . I absolutely love my kitchen and would not hesitate to highly recommend Audus Kitchens .

We asked Audus Kitchens St Albans to provide a new kitchen and we’re so pleased with the result we then asked them to do our utility room.
From the initial showroom visit when we met Chris , through to the project management provided by Sal and the kitchen fitting by James the service received has been exceptional. The product offered by Audus is top quality German design with fully built units manufactured off site.
Chris’s customer service is excellent. He is very knowledgeable of the complete range, various options and suggestions that just provide those little wow factors. Lead in times, delivery and installation dates were met without fail ,worktop templating and installation was superb and the end product and after sale process have provided us with an exceptional end product achieved without any anguish or grief

Audus was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Shaun designed our kitchen perfectly, listening to what was important for us and making a design to suit. He even sourced glass doors separately to suit our taste. Nothing was too much trouble. Really pleased with the end result.

Our Audus Renovation Experience

From kitchen design to full downstairs renovation
What began as a kitchen design with Audus developed into a much larger renovation of our downstairs space. Working alongside our interior designer, the Audus team helped bring together a kitchen, utility, bar area, seating area, cloakroom and shoe cupboard, as well as generous, carefully planned storage throughout.

Practical advice and thoughtful solutions
Shaun at Audus worked tirelessly with us and our interior designer to ensure every specification was met. Whenever we asked for something unusual, the team explored the options carefully and came back with practical, well-considered solutions. We could not be happier with the final result or with the overall Audus experience.

Outstanding installation and attention to detail
The attention to detail from Sal and the installation team was outstanding. Nick was on site every day despite working with a broken leg, and Paul, Honey and the rest of the team showed the same level of commitment throughout. Nothing was too much trouble: everyone was professional, respectful, and exceptionally neat and tidy.

A space worth waiting for
After waiting more than 35 years for a new kitchen, I can honestly say it was worth the wait. We now have a state-of-the-art, fully functioning space where the family can gather around the peninsula, enjoy a glass of wine, share nibbles, and spend time together.

I found the staff at Audus Windlesham really helpful and informative. Shaun was very welcoming and happy to offer guidance on their products and services.

This was the first time which we have used Audus Kitchens, and we were extremely happy with the overall experience and the service which was provided. They provided us with a well designed kitchen and utility room, which included appliances and worktops, for our new build project. Knocking through a kitchen and dining room and redesigning a linked utility room creates a lot of options and can be rather daunting! Audus worked with us to explore several options and create a great solution. Shaun took into account how we can use the space and created a configuration that is excellent and personal to us. With a great design, and high quality fittings we have a beautiful (and functional) kitchen/diner and utility room. The units and appliances are high quality, work well and solidly constructed so they will last.

Shaun and the team at Audus were excellent from the design to installation. When we asked for design features that were outside of the range, they came up with fantastic solutions. We are more than delighted with our kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Audus did a great job in designing, supplying and fitting my new kitchen and utility room. They had a great selection of units, handles, worktops etc to choose from; all good quality and reasonably well priced. We are really pleased with our new kitchen and utility, thank you Audus!

We moved into a new build a while ago. Audus Kitchens fitted the kitchen units including a Bora induction hob with an integral extractor fan. We recently had a problem with cooking fumes when using the hob and contacted Audus. They were very responsive and their fitting engineer readily identified the issue and rectified it. Although the fitting was outside the warranty period Audus waived the call-out charge. I’m very pleased with their service provided and the kitchen units are great.

My new Audus kitchen is a delight. From starting out with the design right to it's completion the service was very friendly and efficient. The design by Shaun was smoothless with hardly any tweaks necessary. The installation was successfully completed on time as planned. The after service advice by Sarah was very helpful and very much appreciated. Thank you Audus for improving my life with my new streamlined kitchen, which is a joy to be in. We had our kitchen installed a few years ago and have been extremely pleased with the design and installation. Recently we had an issue with a door not shutting completely. I enquired with the team and they arranged for a new hinge and they replaced and fixed the door at no cost. Amazing customer service! I would highly recommend the Audus kitchen team!

Audus Kitchens was the first showroom I visited when I began searching for a new kitchen a few years ago, and nothing I saw afterwards came close. I love the design, functionality and quality of my kitchen, and the aftercare service has consistently been outstanding. I recently contacted them about a cabinet whose hinges had lost their soft‑close feature, and within a few days a technician came out and replaced them in minutes.
