I sent very detailed instructions for the design and asked for the engraving to be horizontal. They sent the first proof as vertical, then fixed it when I asked it to be horizontal for the third time. When the award came, it was damaged, with scratches on it that should not have been there. Customer service reps seem to all be bots so I was dissatisfied using this company overall.
The quality and artistry of the purchased plaques were superior and impressive. However the highlight in this transaction was the collaborative and genuine customer service skills of Lauren Hyde. Thank you for a good purchase experience. Anthony Strazza
Can't tell you how great of a job everyone did on this. The person who got this said it look just something the Co would have made for him. Working with this team was the best I have ever had. Went way above to help, listen, guide me because I did not know what I was doing. All of you should be cloned. This is how customer always was and still works here.
