I ordered a Barbie set and paid for…
I ordered a Barbie set and paid for next day delivery. The item was being delivered by Evri who informed me they had my parcel and would be delivered. The parcel did not get delivered until 3 days later. I contacted true Toys on the day it should have been delivered and they refunded the amount I had paid for next day delivery. They sent a follow up email asking me to let them know if the parcel was not delivered within the next few days.

Excellent price and service
The price was very competitive and it was easy to order the item. It was also delivered within a couple of days, even ordering it on a Saturday. Will use True Toys again. highly recommended.

Great service, awful courier choice!
After waiting a week with no delivery I had raised my concern with true toys, they put in a return order to EVRI since they had lost a nearly 5ft long box… not something that gets kicked under a unit by mistake! True toys sent out another one and again the same problem arose but not with True Toys but with EVRI, I would suggest to this company that they use a different courier, I ended up driving an hour to EVRI depot and walking into the staff entrance and retrieving my sons parcel myself! They’re the reason this is 4* because you’re using an awful courier service.
