I purchased com creator video walkie talkie (Order number 279865). The product was delivered on time. However, the product image stated that the product has 20 video filters but the package I received states it only has 9 video filters. The website description was inaccurate. However, the customer service was great. The issue was resolved swiftly after I raised a complaint.

My partner placed an order through this company for my nieces birthday present.
The POD is poor quality, it shows a bin with a house number… you can’t get to our bins as it’s stored in the back garden with access through a ginnel with multiple steps. When we queried this with TrueToys (TrueScams) a new POD was available a few days late showing my partners name printed although no date or time. We queried this again asking for a date and time, pointing out again that you can’t get access to our rear garden and that we have a ring door bell so if they can provide the date and time then we can review this but this information wasn’t available all they could do was give us a date even though the second POD provided had the date as blank.
We searched our ring door bell for DPD delivery, a driver pulls up empty handed, pressed the door bell but there was no answer (even the ring app says missed ring) and he walks back to the van. The footage of this has been sent to true toys but apparently there is nothing else they can do - we’re £60 short and true toys couldn’t care any less leaving us no option to look at a charge back through our bank.
Customer service is absolutely appalling, this has been on going since the 9th July, we’ve had to chase them for updates but I wonder if by some miracle they will contact us following a bad review…

Ordered my product on the 3rd July. Was apparently delivered on the 9th July. DPD posted a photo of the bin showing a number 16 and apparently that is confirming the address. Emailed on the 9th July and this company have tried every possibility to not take ownership and get DPD to fraudulently put someone's signature down to say it was delivered which they have not provided a timestamp from the delivery date. Numerous emails trying to explain my side and providing RING doorbell footage and got nowhere apart from them saying DPD have confirmation that it was delivered. Which is false as they haven't checked GPS tracking of the drivers location as that would of clearly shown him on a different address. Now its apparently down to the police to get involved as this company refuse to do any more in getting my refund back. Will never order from these scammers again and I hope others don't either

After a frustrating week waiting for the supplier to respond over missing parts, I received a call from from a really nice staff member this morning to confirm that my replacement parts had been posted out to me. They arrived arrived shortly after our call.

BEWARE they use Evri to deliver. they lied and sent a failed delivery notice of someone else's parcel with a different address. The attempted delivery was outside Evri delivery time. I ordered a garden swing and evri clamed that it fitted into a small plastic bag. Beware possible SCAM. Evri confirmed multiple failed delivery attempts. Not attempts listed on tracking. Looking more and more like a scam

They called me after I left a bad review , good response . Told them the problem and they asked for photos to be emailed . Done this twice , heard nothing since !!!!!

I am a previous customer or Bargain Max. True toys is truly amazing. My order was spot on. Was a little fiddly to order as some offers dont work at the same time so had to order 3 times to take advantage of all the offers but was free delivery so was ok Cheapest prices around and arrived within 2 days. Simply amazing Thank you very much True Toys

As I've found is the usual with true toys (bargainmax) the value is always good price and delivery speed decent. But attention taken when packaging items is woeful. If you order anything needing a non standard sized box then expect it to be rattling around loose in a huge box far bigger than necessary with no padding whatsoever and very little tape on the actual outside. Liklihood of say a nerf blaster getting damaged in transit? Sadly above average.

They need to pack their items better!
