Went to the Derby Branch yesterday…
Went to the Derby Branch yesterday never played outside the family before. Had a gentleman called Daz who explained everything he was extremely helpful. Even came to sit in when the game started to make sure everything was set up correctly on the tablet. 10/10 for customer service. Thanks Daz.

Derby city bad experience with bingo…
Derby city bad experience with bingo seller i asked for my package ................................................... and then i was being encouraged to buy more tickets .
I said no thankyou... But that wasnt heard ..
so she kept asking me to buy more tickets which i replied No.
Thought up selling of tickets was wrong..
I was made to feel ashamed because i didnt buy more tickets... i will not return again ...
