Spend alot of money on attending…
Spend alot of money on attending tooting it so cold spoke to staff even phone head office. I enjoy coming out to meet people but sitting in cold all evening I rather stay at home.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear of your experience with the temperature in club.
Our clubs heating systems are remotely controlled and monitored through a Building Energy Management System via our 3rd party energy partners to ensure our clubs are maintained at a level of 21c.
As with most companies during the energy crisis we are doing everything we can to reduce our consumption and maintain a comfortable environment for our customers which includes turning down our heating before and after sessions, keeping doors closed and keeping temperatures between 18c and 21c in line with government advice.
I will ensure to pass your feedback over to the relevant team nonetheless and I hope any future visits are nothing but enjoyable.

Convert flashing last No./To a win
Went to Tooting a few times, don't have time to visit. So I play online.
I enjoy playing, just wish my flashing last number, would convert to a win more often.
I play when want to, and have the time.
When I stop liking the game.

The club at tooting is in…
The club at tooting is in disrepair,,the toilet facilities are awful, both my wife & I used to come twice a week every week now we only come once a week on a Tuesday, any promotions received are for the nights we don’t attend, in our view the club needs a revamp.

I love going to play in house staff their are lovey but ever have a good win experience on the go go aways far out
I love going to play in house but I spend so much each time and never seem to win much at all but I do love playing with buzz just wish I have a good win now and then with the amount I spend

We do operate with a Random Number Generator as required to, this is to ensure the outcomes of our games are fair for all customers.
With Gambling it is always nice to have a win, but unfortunately there is no guarantee that you will win a specific amount back. You should only ever play with money you are happy to potentially loose.

bingo evening session at buzz was great
I went to the bingo evening session at Buzz Tooting. It was lovely to be back playing bingo in person after all covid lockdowns. Great prizes on offer. Lots of people won big prizes in the club. I won a couple of smaller prizes. Better luck next time!

Rubish can not make a drink she made 4 wrong and still don’t understand the manger was standing beside me watching what was going on and just walked off so I missed bingo as it was 15 minutes to make a drink
