Friendly, helpful staff. Good choice on food and prices to suit all. Clean and comfortable seating area.. close to shops . All round good experience when attending bingo sessions. No complaints.

Staff attitude aggressive and very uncooperative. Sad really so many go elsewhere due to this problem in wavertree. I’ve given you honest feedback before and it hasn’t made any impact or difference

Bingo is great and most of the staff…
Bingo is great and most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
My only issue is that it is far too noisy during early session (6pm & 6.30pm).
People shouting, talking as they come in and staff don’t seem to do or say nothing about it. Very distracting and off putting when playing bingo.
