I will first say that I literally researched a couch that hit 3 important points for me before I write this review-first Pet friendly (we have a GSD dog who sheds a lot), comfort (duh), and lastly a specific size that was not too wide for our odd setup of our living space (only reason we did not do the XL). For reference- I chose the ciello high angled w/ chaise and ottomanin Aquaforte fabric. In our home, it is myself- a 5'5, 130 lb woman, my husband who's 6' about 210 lb, and our 1 German shepard who's just under 80 lbs. Size and comfort are great. The pillows and cushions do need weekly fluffing and get pretty bent up (we are loungers). The cushions are plush but the Chaise is a memory foam that is different and never fluffed up. It is very lopsided and looks uneven compared to the rest of the plushiness of the couch. Pet friendly?? I chose fabric Aquaforte for the stain resistance and for the pet hair repelling easy clean up. This was the WORST mistake here. I got my couch in July 2026, it is now only 3 months since I received the couch and it is peeling all over, threads are popping out. I contacted customer service in regards to the warranty with photos of the peeling and threads pulled. It took literally a week before anyone contacted me back and a few weeks later the resolution was they would send me a fabric shaver. I got no shipping info or update after agreeing to give it a try. Well I ended up getting a random shaver in the mail from AMAZON nearly a month after I contacted them. without a note or anything-assuming this was the one they sent out. I tried it out and it was hopeless. My couch is still peeling after only 3 months of owning and now I am realizing I should of invested in another couch that will actually last, major buyer's remorse.. My recommendation is if you have pets, try another fabric. As for the dog hair? Yeah it clings to the couch like no other and I have to take a lint brush over it several times a day. Before promoting a couch being "pet-friendly" maybe add specific highlights as to how, because being stain resistant is not enough. I did see that they released a new version the Ciello 4-only weeks after purchasing and you can switch up the covers-so maybe that one is worth it but I overall do not reccomend the Ciello 3...sadly.
