CTD Tiles Opiniones

NOT AI

Having just moved to the area I was recommended by the kitchen fitters to try CTD Tiles for their excellent range and price. I wasn't disappointed.
On multiple visits I was served by Sam and/or Dave who I found to be both very knowledgeable and professional to deal with and who's primary concern would appear to be customer satisfaction rather than profit. They are more than happy to spend time with the customer to offer different ideas that could save you money.
Overall, a very pleasant and satisfying experience!
Thank you for your time spent with me.

Shauna in the Kingston Park store was very knowledgeable, understanding and extremely helpful when I visited the store. She is a massive credit to the company.

Fab store with lovely friendly staff spoke to a lady called Sam who was really helpful. I was struggling to find a matching colour tile trim and even though it was not in stock, Sam went out of her way to find it for me. Thank you Sam. Top customer service and with a smile. Would definitely return and recommend.

The staff and Coulsdon are some of the most helpful staff I have ever met. Kam luke Sidney were so friendly thank you for your help and the management should pay them more

Jon at CTD tiles was incredibly helpful today, so refreshing to find someone friendly & knowledgeable.
The products that i needed were also considerably cheaper than Wickes and in stock.
A very positive experience!

⭐ Crawley & Coulsdon Branch - OUTSTANDING ⭐️

I would like to give a huge and heartfelt thank you to Kam and Luke at the CDT Tiles Coulsdon branch for their absolutely first-class customer service. I needed to collect some tiles for my bathroom that the Crawley branch had been unable to supply directly, but thankfully they went above and beyond to locate them for me, particularly as the Crawley branch is unfortunately closing down.

From the very beginning of my experience with the Crawley team through to collecting my tiles at Coulsdon, the customer service has been exemplary. Kam and Luke were polite, knowledgeable, cheerful and incredibly helpful. They took the time to help me choose exactly what I needed, answered all my questions and even helped me load everything safely into my car. They genuinely couldn't have done more.

I also want to say a massive thank you to Nadeem, Andy and Indiana at the Crawley store for their exceptional customer service over the years. Whenever I needed advice, assistance or support in choosing quality tiles, you were always there to help. You have been absolutely amazing and are a real credit to CDT Tiles. I wish you all the very best in your new careers; there loss will certainly be someone else's gain! 💐👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The tiles I purchased are fantastic quality and, I believe, will be timeless and stand the test of time. The choice available is incredible; it's like walking into a sweet shop at Christmas! 🎄🍬

I would genuinely encourage people to support CDT Tiles and use their local branches. In my personal opinion, I have found them far superior than there parent company Topps Tiles who brought them out from liquidation (I won’t be using due to pricing and stock) and I would much rather support a specialist local tile showroom where you can actually see and compare the products before buying.

Please don't underestimate the value of these local shops. You simply can't get the same experience from ordering tiles online without seeing them, feeling their quality and getting knowledgeable advice from people who really know their products.

Thank you once again Kam, Luke, Nazeem, Andy and Indiana. You have all been outstanding and have done CDT Tiles proud. 💐👏🏼🥇

Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Spoke to a member of staff (Dave) who couldn't of been more helpful.
Loads of advice coupled with a vast amount of product knowledge.

A credit to the company

Outstanding service both in the shop and also when following up from Shaun.
I would definately recommend this store and in particular dealing with Shaun

I was supported by Martyn to purchase our kitchen floor tiles. Nothing was a problem, Martyn gone extra mile to get me some tiles to Nottingham showroom so i can see and compare in person. We went ahead and placed our order now. Also, it’s not a first order in this showroom. The service is always great so we end up coming back for next projects. We would highly recommend!!

Purchased tiles and other products from the Minworth branch. Had excellent service from all staff especially Dom. Staff where helpful and knowledgeable. Tiles were the cheapest around. Would definitely use this store again

The young gentleman called Sean was very helpful when I was in store on Friday. He took the time to go over all the products with me to make sure I was getting the correct one for what I wanted it for.. Very friendly and approachable.

Gary was very helpful and patient whilst I chose the grout, trim and sealant colour to go with varying coloured tiles.

Andrew , who works at CTD in Darlington was very helpful to us today. He helped us to pick lots tiles that were suitable for outside back patio

We have used CTD tile shop on Darlington for many years and their service is faultless. Today we went in again to check availability of outdoor tiles.
Andrew who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us the meaning of R 11 ratings for outside tiles and gave us ideas for borders and contrasting colour. We would like to thank Andrew who works there , for his time , approachability and knowledge

As a competent diyer. It is always great to get advice from the professionals. Steve at the Birkenhead Branch helped in choosing and ordering the tiles along with all the necessary fixing products and the prices are always competitive. It’s the service that makes any DIY projects a breeze. Well done Team CTD!!

Excellent service from start to finish would highly recommend 10 out of 10

Very helpful and polite staff, Luke was particularly helpful in helping me pick
Out the right tiles I needed.

Watford Branch:
Great staff. Jamie & Teo …. 2 of the nicest men!! Very helpful & very patient 😁!! Truly go above and beyond. Ensuite completed July 2024. Floor & wall tiles purchased. Customer satisfaction 100%!!! Have been to other Tile showrooms but put off by pushy staff this is not something that happens at CTD. Currently looking for tiles to renovate main bathroom. Great all round service & fair prices for nice quality tiles.

Popped in today to confirm/pay for my tile order for my refurbished ensuite. The staff at CDT are so helpful - Garry discussed matching up grout and gave sound advice about grout for my other/ existing shower room.
When I got home I changed my mind about collecting the tiles and Martyn sorted out home delivery. They couldn’t be more helpful.
