Brilliant service

Customer service excellent. Unfortunately, my order was not as I was expecting. I ordered a booklet that was not multiple of 4 and they added a blank page at the end. Although it was my fault, I am wondering if they could do something to prevent this from happening. For example, a warning appearing at the check out telling you that a blank page has been add to your booklet. Nevertheless, the customer service - efficiency and speed - was top 10. I ordered my product again!
