Hi Karen,

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a great review, as well as speaking to me separately via phone and email.

As discussed, these can be a bit unstable when used in strong winds; however, I was very happy to hear that we were able to offer great customer service for you, and if there's anything else we can assist you with moving forwards, please don't hesitate to ask. :)

Kind regards,

Hi Nick,

Thank you for your review on our ground spikes and for your time discussing your order with me further!

I am very sorry that your ground spikes were not included in your original order and that we could not get the replacement ones delivered to you in time. This certainly is very disappointing and we never intend to cause our customers such inconvenience.

The refund for your full order has been completed but this does not make up for the fact that you were unable to use your signs for your event.

We hope that we get to work with you again and provide a much better experience next time.

Kind regards,
