Wayyyyyyyy too expensive for what it is. Essentially paying a whopping £30 a month for a few pre-recorded videos. Not value for money one bit. Only paid to make an amount as you can't make one without subscribing which is a scam in itself. Only wanted to be able to connect my phone to the rower I bought.
I’ve only just started some of the classes recently but happy with it so far, the instructors I’ve used until now are lovely but I will say some of the music used isn’t the greatest sometimes which I find helps with the workouts, especially the cycling and weights ones

overall pretty good, but the continual problems encountered with the app (data not syncing to partner apps) is incredibly infuriating and does somewhat make me regret going with Echelon - hopefully this is a temporary thing

No option for better value 2 year membership once ordered, only 1 year available as upgrade
Free pass gives you access to the classes and gets you going.pass could be a little cheaper
So far so good no complaints as yet.
Will definitely be keeping the membership going, excellent classes so far

The app is what makes all this worthwhile, without it the bike wouldn't sell .
App keeps saying Wi-fi signal non-exsistant or low when it's not. When I've completed a workout I can't see this in progress - there is a total completed but in calendar it says no completed workouts. Also doesn't save to Strava allow says connected. I hoped for more from this app considering the monthly fee.

After multiple attempts at contacting customer services, I have still received no response in relation to a refund I was promised by Debbie. I understand customer services do read and respond to these reviews so can someone please contact me urgently.
