We thank you for ordering with us Phyllis and look forward to serving you again soon. Thank you for the 5 stars!
Fry the Edwards lightly on both sides, add 3 oz. Espresso, allow to simmer both sides until coffee thickens, plate the ham slice and pour the thickened coffee over. One of my favorite flavors in life.

Ken, thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback! We are glad you were satisfied with your purchase!
I grew up in NC and remember country ham from my grandparents farm. This ham reminds me of home. Red eye gravy and grits go get with it. Use it every Christmas for a family breakfast.
